Providing advice to senior executives on matters pertaining to HR functions concerning staff and their welfare.
Maintaining employee handbook in accordance to the laws of Ghana
Implementation and monitoring of appropriate HR policies and procedures in line with legislation
Developing formal training programs for staff and track employee development
Preparation of departmental budgets and monitoring of time and cost against budgets and deadlines
Recruitment and selection of staff in line with the group’s policies and procedures
Evaluating staff performance and human capital management
Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to by employees.
Perform any other related assignment as may be required by Management
Required Skills or Experience
A good first degree (minimum 2nd Class Lower Division) in Human resource management or any related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
Should be less than 35 years of age
Demonstrated skills in project management. Must be adept at multitasking whilst working to a budget and deadline.
Urgency – the ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results in the committed time period.
Ability to work with little supervision.
Good team player.
