Job Description

  • Providing advice to senior executives on matters pertaining to HR functions concerning staff and their welfare.
  • Maintaining employee handbook in accordance to the laws of Ghana
  • Implementation and monitoring of appropriate HR policies and procedures in line with legislation
  • Developing formal training programs for staff and track employee development
  • Preparation of departmental budgets and monitoring of time and cost against budgets and deadlines
  • Recruitment and selection of staff in line with the group’s policies and procedures
  • Evaluating staff performance and human capital management
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to by employees.
  • Perform any other related assignment as may be required by Management

Required Skills or Experience

  • A good first degree (minimum 2nd Class Lower Division) in Human resource management or any related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Should be less than 35 years of age
  • Demonstrated skills in project management.  Must be adept at multitasking whilst working to a budget and deadline.
  • Competencies:
    • Urgency – the ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results in the committed time period.
    • Accuracy.
    • Ability to work with little supervision.
    • Good team player.
