Job Description

Position Title : Sub Cluster Head - CART
Level : L 9      
Reports to : Cluster Head - CART
Function : CART
Location : Respective Cluster
 
Basic Data Function description
A Sub Cluster Head is responsible for increasing profitability and revenue of the WHCs under his Sub cluster. He is responsible to implement the sales strategy and generate revenue as per the defined budget

# Tasks  
1 Execute Consumer acquisition and Dilivery Strategy for respective cluster to enhance water dispensation in respective WHC locations Shared
2 Achieve revenue and volume budgets on the basis of revenue model, demographics and market potential Shared
3 Develop and execute a robust market penetration plan by conducting regular awareness and promotional activities Shared
4 Responsible for implementing, monitoring and evaluating DSP engagement program to ensure DSP profitability Shared
5 Recruiting and training the DSPs Shared
6 Recruit, Train and evaluate performance of team in the alotted sub cluster Shared
7 Ensure profitability in all the plants in the sub cluster Shared
8 Drives team discipline in adhering to WHG processes Shared
9 Ensures NREW is under control Shared
10 Ensures there is minimal down time of all the WHCs in the sub cluster Shared
11 Builds community relationship and addresses all community issues  Shared
