Job Description

Position Title : Centre Business Head
Reports to : Manager- CART
Function : CART
Location : Respective WHC as alloted
Basic Data Function description
The prime responsibility of a CBH is to monitor, control and drive profitability of only one [1] WHC in terms of Sales, Customer Service, Quality and Operations.

# Tasks  
1 Increase volume and revenue by acquiring new consumers for OTC and Delivery Shared
2 Creates demand estimation at the alotted WHCs Shared
3 Responsible for training and monitoring operators and DSPs Shared
4 Responsible for building consumer relationship Full 
5 Tracks revenue for each plant on daily basis and ensuring the same is recorded in the DCR Full 
6 Executes Marketing activities to increase revenue Shared
7  Implements and drives discipline, systems and processes in the assigned territory Shared
8 Ensure cleanliness and hygienic conditions are maintained at WHCs at all times.  Shared
9 Conduct routine checks on the plant performance and report any technical issues to Operations. Shared
10 Arrest all leakages in the initial stages or ensure the problem is attended by the Operations Executive. Shared
11 Responsible to drive operational excellence and profitability of the WHC Shared
12 Maintain inventory of cans and other consumables. Shared
