Job Description

  • Answer queries;
  • Manage in-coming and out-going phone calls in a professional manner;
  • Screen visitors and phone calls; Handle customer’s complaints effectively;
  • Translate documents from French to English and vice versa;
  • Perform secretarial duties;
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer;
  • Liaise with customers and act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets;
  • And any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of HND in Bilingual Secretaryship or its equivalent plus 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and self-confident;
  • Excellent oral and written skills;
  • Pleasant personality;
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Ability to organize and plan effectively and efficiently;
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, decorum and be proactive;
  • Must be ethical and results-driven
  • Self-starter, trustworthy, team-player, reliable and committed;
  • Fluent in French and English;
  • Ability to stay calm and be professional under pressure;
  • Determination to succeed;
  • Neat appearance.
