Job Description
Mission:
Take responsibility for the overall activities carried out within the SSC Organization. Ensure Master Data correct utilization. Supervision of PTP supplier invoice processing. Coordinate RTR team, ensure policy compliance and control accounting postings, reconciliations, Fixed Asset accounting, and monthly and year-end closing and reporting. Implement Corporate policies and guidelines concerning Treasury Strategy, funding strategies, working capital management, and strategic relationships. Follow-up Operating Treasury and Bank accounting related activities.
Follow the Shared Services Center Committees:
- Attend SSC monthly meetings with each country
- Take part of the SSC follow-up Committee on a quarterly basis
- Participate in the Service follow-up Committee in individual sessions twice a year

Functions:
- High-level control of the tasks performed by the SSC
- Supervise closing schedules and activities, elaboration of accounting plans, Legalization of books and Deposit of Annual Accounts, and interaction with external audits
- Definition of functions and responsibilities of each SSC area to ensure a right operation and service quality delivered to the client companies
- Follow-up the SSC efficiency levels and degree of compliance with the SLAs
- Responsible for the implementation and coordination of continuous improvement mechanisms for the SSC processes.
- Analysis of market trends and best practices
- Interaction with other areas and client companies
- Monitor efficiency levels and indicators of the SSC, degree of compliance and with the agreements and service commitment assumed with other areas
- Ensure right execution of MDM routines, according to the procedures defined by Corporate, in the day-to-day work
- Supervise the supplier invoice processing, and assist in the resolution of material exceptions in invoice exception, supplier queries, reconciliation and vendor outstanding balances
- Link between RTR, Corporate, Local and SSC team coordinating the execution of GL posting calculation and execution of postings, interfaces, and monitoring, ensuring alignment of RTR Team with the rest of layers
- Follow-up RTR team reconciliations between sub-ledgers and intercompany reconciliations and involvement in escalation of material differences
- Control and supervision of Fixed Assets accounting
- High-level supervision of Financial Statements preparation, supported by the RTR Team Leader. Coordinate assistance to Corporate/BU for audit queries and adjustments, and distribute the finalized financial reports
- High-level supervision of Treasury team in the day-to-day work ensuring compliance with strategies and policies in this field
- Supervision of Treasury activities in the frame of Treasury Budget preparation and update
- Overall control of daily Treasury activities and resolution of material issues
- Cash Management. Implement policies and manage high-level communications with Local (Local Finance Managers)
- Global supervision and control of payment activities and calendars
Required Skills or Experience
- Senior profile (+10 years of experience)
- Knowledge in EPICOR and KYRIBA systems, and End-to-End process thorough knowledge: MDM, PTP, RTR, and Treasury
- Deep knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Knowledge of ECCBC Group criteria and guidelines
- Fluency in English, competence in French/Portuguese is a plus
- Ability to manage teams and people
- Ability to interact both internally with other SSC teams, other areas of the Organization and with internal clients
- Process optimization, efficiency focus and customer orientation
