Job Description

• The ticketing officer would perform activities related to: issuing land and air tickets, excess baggage, ground travel arrangements including tours, cashing additional fees, deposits, refunds, offering special services for passengers with physical disability, penalties under the tariff notes etc.
• The ticketing officer would provide ticketing services to passengers according to their options.
• They would also provide ticketing service to corporate offices and top management.

Required Skills or Experience

• Applicants must have an  HND as well as 3 years professional experience.
• Applicants must  have good customer service skills.
