Job Description

PURPOSE
To provide support and maintenance of computers, laptops, associated software and their peripherals.

DUTIES

• Sets up and configures PC’s, Laptops, etc., to meet company standards
• Troubleshoots computer related issues.
• Repairs and maintains computer equipment.
• Configures computer networks, LANS
• Monitors Clients’ Links
• Ensures regular updates and upgrades of systems
• Pro-actively monitors the production environment

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree Information Technology or equivalent education / certification
• 2 year experience working with PC’s and peripherals

TECHNICAL   

• Knowledge on hardware, software, network, and security
• Progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-office environment
• Good problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills
