Job Description

  • Department:  Program
  • Organization Relationship
  • Directly reports to:  Senior Manager Programs 


Role Summary

  • Liaising with  the RCRs and collating  of all their  invoices on monthly basis and processing them  for payment based on  approvals (RCR are Service Providers )
  • Support to collate RCRs results and reports on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Provide support to RCRs on  IT related concerns from the headoffice 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with all RCRs and collating invoices on monthly basis and processing them  for payment based on  approvals.
  • Provide support to the Programs department in collating and processing invoices for all Service Contractors, ensure cheques are deposited to RCRs accounts and appropriate receipts obtained and filed.
  • Support to collate RCRs results and reports on weekly/monthly basis
  • Compile weekly report of all service providers under Programs analysis and further actions.
  • Provide support to RCRs on IT related concerns from  headoffice 
  • Provide support to the Field representatives who may have challenges in posting results on designated platforms
  • Performs other specific duties assigned by the Program manager 

Position Objectives

  • Contribute to overall program goals.
  • To help in the achievement of demand generation targets for Service Provider Network. 

Required Skills or Experience


  • HND or Degree in Marketing or a Diploma in any Science related Course.
  • Work Experience. Not specified. However experience in working with an NGO will be an added advantage.

  • Organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and at least one local language of the region of residence.
  • Computer literate.  Preferably with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
