Job Description VSR Load Limits Updating VSRs load limit as per approval from Retail Manager & alerting the Retail manager on bringing load limit back to Normal after agreed days.
VSR Offloading & Top up Schedules
Vans offloading & Top up schedules alignment with Retail Manager & ensure all branches follow it up.
Stake Take & Reconciliation
To ensure weekly stock take is done at all branches & report shared. Aligning with WH Manager for Pan Ghana monthly stock take.
Record keeping Ensuring Retail WH in charge are maintaining & filing the records.
It covers VSR acknowledged loading waybills, offloading sheets, MRNs, GIN for stock receipts, Transfer made to wholesale WH.
Promo Trackers & Schemes regularization in Oracle
To ensure schemes are passed to VSRs as aligned with Retail Manager. And free stocks issued is regularized in oracle.
Damage & Expired stock cards updation
Damages & shortage claims from Principals
Other Responsibilites
Other Duties as aligned with Retail & WH Manager.
