Job Description

• Receiving cash and cheques and issue receipts to customers
• Preparing of pay-in-slips for both cash and cheques for lodgments on daily basis
• Doing banking transactions (withdrawing and lodgments) every day
• Collecting of bank statement from banks
• Updating and balancing of cash books at the close of work everyday
• Giving petty cash to department when necessary
• Raising of petty cash vouchers as and when petty cash are given out
• Recording receipt and daily lodgments into cash book daily.

Required Skills or Experience

• HND or Degree holder with accounting background.
• Experience is not required but can be an advantage
