Job Description

We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to be engaged as a Business Coordinator for the Forever Clair (FC) Group. The successful candidate will acts as a central information source for the various managers and directors within the group. He or she will work closely with the Board of Directors and management on critical areas of the group’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with all subsidiaries to ensure synergy and effective running of business operations within the FC Group
• Must maintain confidentiality regarding the Group’s strategic plans, products, research and development of products
• Ensure the compliance with regulatory agencies such GRA, SSNIT, Registrar General’s Department, among others
• Manage and arrange for all employee travels and processes required
• Coordinate Board of Director’s meetings including refreshments, taking notes, sitting allowance, etc.
• Handle administrative tasks that involve multiple sectors of the group
• Work to create a common framework for the FC Group. This may include developing standardized operations and procedures to allow operations to be more orderly and streamlined.
• Record and monitor information that all departments may need to see and utilise

Required Skills or Experience

• First Degree from a recognised institution either in Social Sciences or Business is a requirement
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Must be highly organized and efficient without compromising the quality of the work
• Must have outstanding speaking and writing skills
• Must be able to act independently when necessary
• Exhibiting a calm, can-do attitude to ease any tensions between departments and promote shared goals
