Job Description

Core responsibility is to work closely with Shop Manager to ensure uniformity of AirtelTigo  Retail CEX guidelines

• Participate in all trainings and personal development exercises
• Engage in all team briefing and coaching programs to enhance service delivery in the shop
• Ensure healthy acquisitions and compliance on activations.
• Responsible for driving enhanced customer experience in the shop
• Enforce adherence to all customer service procedures and processes.
• Ensuring that all customers queries and complaints are resolved as per SLA's.

Required Skills or Experience

• Excellent knowledge in retail operations
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• 2-3 years of experience in retail operations
• Bachelor's degree/ HND from a recognized instituition.
• Excellent communication skills, friendly ,polite and hardworking.
• Applicants should be residents of Mankessim and Swedru and its environs.
