Job Description

An expanding Food and Beverage business seeks to recruit for the above position for its new shop, which is opening soon. This is an opportunity for people with long term vision to join a young business with potential to grow big and be part of the success story.

Responsibilities:

• Attracting and prospecting for potential clients/customers;
• Marketing company’s services and building long-term relationship with customers;
• Meeting sales targets
• Listen attentively to customer's needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the client;
• Improving service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Analyze industry trends and do competitor benchmarking;
• And any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Proven track record of field work
• Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and self-confident
• Excellent oral and written skills
• People and problem solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills, decorum and proactive
• Must be ethical and result-driven
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Strong persuasive skills 
• Excellent presentation skill
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
• Should be able to write report 
• Have a driven license 
• Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent experience 
• 2-3 years experience on the job.
