Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA) is a faith based international development organization based in Canada and operating since 1963.

Job Description

  1. MEDA issues this Request for Proposals to invite proposals from Information and Communications Technology for Development (ICT4D) firms specialized in mobile engagement and/or mobile Learning via IVR to undertake the formulation, review and implementation of simple smart interactive voice messaging to 65,000 tree crop farmers (80% women) cultivating cocoa, cashew, rubber and shea in selected regions in Ghana.  More details on the services are provided based on request to the e-mail address stated below.
  2. A firm will be selected based on the evaluation of submitted Technical and Financial Proposals.
  3. The RFP includes the following documents:
    • Section 1 - Letter of Invitation
    • Section 2 - Instructions to Firms
    • Section 3 - Terms of Reference
    • Section 4 - Conditions of Contract
  4. Please confirm your acceptance to participate and request for further information in writing by E-mail to featsprocurements@meda.org.
  5. Firms who confirmed acceptance to participate will be invited to Pre-Proposal Submission Meeting on February 18, 2019:  at 2:00pm at Conference Room of MEDA-FEATS Office, Plot 149 Oko Mileeko Avenue, La-Bawaleshie, East Legon.
