Job Profile: 
One of our client, a multinational Telecoms company is seeking a young, dynamic and highly motivated individual with the right attitude for immediate employment as a Sales Executive.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Services a set of retail outlets in Accra, makes daily sales calls
  • Services existing customers / enlists new customers in the territory
  • Obtains orders, facilitates supply and collections
  • Identifies sales opportunity in the outlets and closes the sale. Processes the order and ensures supplies
  • Plans and organizes his/her daily efforts to meet outlets as per the daily call plan and updates sales applications meticulously
  • Maintain 100% compliance to the sales route plan
  • Effective approach to achieve targets – daily/weekly/monthly
  • Gives timely feedback to management on changes to outlet status, competitor activity and market intelligence, genuinely and accurately
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
  • Resolves customer complaints, if any, and escalate to manager where ever needed
  • Self-motivated & contributes to team development
  • Undertake retail surveys

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of WASSCE Certificate is required
  • Two years of relevant experience is required
  • At least one year experience selling top mobile phone brands (Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Huawei) to retail channels
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Aggressive and performance-driven
  • Customer service oriented
  • Very honest
  • Pays attention to detail and able to work with little or no supervision
