Position Summary

• Provide maintenance support
• Support Production and Quality Control Department in implementing various performance improvement activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper operations and maintenance of Utility Equipment like Refrigeration compressors, Air compressors, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Cooling Units, Furnace Oil offloading and storage systems.
• Adhere to the current Preventive Maintenance Procedures and Schedules for all Utility Equipment.
• Responsible for planning of spares required, in advance, for services of all compressors, as given in the Manual.
• Responsible for Annual Inspection of Boilers.
• Ensure that all parameters are ensured for efficient operation of Utility Equipment.
• Practice good housekeeping methods in the Utility Block and Fuel Offloading station.

Required Skills or Experience

• BSC in Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least eight (8) years’ experience in a related field.
• Preferably from the beverage industry

Competencies /Skills

• Good knowledge on chemical Testing and standardization methods.
• Excellent knowledge in record keeping
• Knowledge on Microbiologic Testing
