Job Description

We are a food manufacturing company in Lashibi making packaged local food snacks like plantain chips, peanuts, ginger snacks etc.

• A supervisor will be required to also participate in production activity as well as supervise subordinates.
• Check to make sure all utensils to be used for production are well cleaned.
• Ensure all raw materials required for full production are available to avoid disruption in production.
• Ensure consistency in the production process to ensure consistent outcome and finished product.
• Ensure all safety protocols are respected and followed.

Required Skills or Experience

• Supervisor with food education/training or catering background is preferred.
• Individual will be responsbile for ensuring quality in final product, ensuring all safety measures and precautions are taken.
• They will also be required to step in to assist when production levels go high or an assistant falls sick or is unavailable.
