a.can speak and write English,
b.can calculate :add, subtract, multiply and divide,
c.Work serious and responsible,
d.can bear hardships and stand hard work,
e.Lead workers to grow cassava,
f.have a good sense of service and team spirit, be honest and reliable, and have good conduct.
WORK EXPERIENCE : Large farm planting experience is preferred
