Transformation Integrity Diversity Equality Excellence Job Description Cooperative for Assistance and Relief Everywhere (CARE), Inc. doing business as CARE International in Ghana is seeking a talented, motivated and innovative Enumerators – Women for Change (W4C) Project. The Women for Change (W4C) Project with funding from Mars Wrigley is being implemented in Ghana by CARE International from October 2020 to September 2025 with the overall objective of "expanding the village savings and loan initiative in Mars' supplier cocoa communities to strengthen financial literacy, household savings, and income-generating activities for women. Available evidence suggests when cocoa-farming households gain access to financial skills and tools, women are able to engage in entrepreneurship and collective action, and gender equality is increased in cocoa-growing communities, then cocoa-farming households achieve economic resilience and improved livelihoods, directly contributing to achieving a living income. The objective of this study is to carry out a detailed baseline for impact and outcome indicators in the performance monitoring framework. This baseline will establish the current level or starting point of the various indicators (before situation) to be used to compare it with the Endline after the implementation of the project (situation after). This will allow us to assess the contribution of the project toward the achievement of the objectives of the project. JOB PROFILE Twelve (12) Enumerators will work directly with the Zonal Project Coordinators, District Project Assistants, and the CARE Ghana project team for the baseline survey. Enumerators shall report to the MEAL Specialist for the Women for Change Regional Expansion. The baseline will take place in two regions: Western Region and Western-North Region, specifically Amenfi West and Aowim, Asawinso and Elluokrom respectively. Some Key Responsibilities for this role:
