Marriage Link (M-Link Consult) is a company that responds to pressing social and family challenges facing the Ghanaian society, in particular the institution of marriage (www.marriagelink.net).  The company has the objective of promoting social happiness and wellbeing through the institution of marriage. In this regard, the company provides a one-stop shop of marriage support. We have four distinct but inter-related packages spanning Marriage Partner Identification, Counselling services and Marriage Events management.

The CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE PROFILE

By the nature of the company’s service offerings, the Client Service Executive will serve as the link between the company and its Clients. This position requires candidates who are absolutely professional in their interrelationships with customers and more important, able to keep confidential information about their clients.

ROLE OF THE CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE

The successful candidate will perform the following specific tasks, among others:

• The Client Service Executive will play customer service functions, by attending to queries of Clients.
• Provide adequate, reliable and timely information to Clients.
• Keep records and folders of Clients and assist to provide information as would be needed.
• Take steps to protect Customer information.
• Handle telephone calls with Clients professionally.

Required Skills or Experience

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject area.
• Skill in adapting and handling different customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make presentations to wide audience.
• Ability to drive will be an advantage.
