Job Description

We are looking for talents who specialize/are interested in FMCG Distribution Channels Sales to join our highly-motivated team.

Job content

1. To develop and expand distribution clients by regularly visiting the markets.
2. Plan your activities following company goals and instructions to drive the sales of our existing products.
3. Maintain customers relationships (Guide, incent, and after-sales service)
4. Provide detailed market and competition report
5. Managing stock, delivery, and payment collection.

Responsibilities:

1. Help the company develop new products & grow sales & turnover in the assigned regions
2. Collaboration with a cross-cultural team, remain responsive and punctual, with a high level of professionalism.
3. Professional Ethics and Accountable. You will be held accountable for your misconduct and violations.
4. You must respect and love our culture, abide by the company's policies, and obey the instructions of your superiors.

Required Skills or Experience

• HND and above
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and French will be an added advantage.
• PC literate with excellent skills in MS Suites and Email.
• Willingness to Travel within Ghana and Africa
• Entrepreneurial mindset, recognize and drive solutions to challenges

Working hours: Mon-Friday 9:00-17:00 Saturday 9:00-15:00
