Job Description

OVERVIEW
An innovative start up food enterprise delivering various food related products and services is looking to employ an Assistant Facility Manager to assist in managing a small portfolio of residential properties in Tema and Accra.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities
  • Assist in collecting rents
  • Prepare Tenancy agreements
  • Assist in managing building renovation projects
  • Lease with landlords and tenants
  • Run general errands in relation to the day to day management of the portfolio of properties
  • Prepare monthly reports

NOTE: APPLICANTS MUST BE LIVING IN AND AROUND TEMA COMMUNITY 2

Required Skills or Experience

  • BSc/BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Good analytical/critical thinking
