Job Description

We are looking for a Communication & Engagement Officer to support the SOLs Management Strategy including communicating with SOLs Partner Schools.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead in the presentation, communication, delivery, and demonstration of the SOLs SIFA Platform across all of SOLs Partner Schools.
• Lead and communicate SOLs Compliance, Operations and Processing System (COPS) objectives, including work to raise awareness of stakeholder compliance.

• Ensure to arrange and deliver a system to plan, organize, and evaluate all of SOLs Outreach activities.
• Provide data and information to evidence and support your work.
• Create content for the various communication and engagement with SOLs Partner Schools, SOLs COPS and SOLs Outreach.
• Perform any other duties that may assigned by management from time to time.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, business communication, public relations or its equivalent
• LLB law degree will be an added advantage
• Experienced in stakeholder engagement
• At least three (3) years previous experience in a related position
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent team player
