General Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist is an all-rounded digital genius responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our clients’ digital marketing and social media strategies in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, generate leads and increase sales. The experienced, passionate, and creative social media manager will be working closely with Account management and Creative teams.

Specific Description

  • Plan, implement, and monitor clients’ digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets, oversee, and manage all online contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect clients’ website traffic, and other online channels.
  • Responsible for social media strategy development and analysis.
  • Handle and manage clients’ social media accounts (paid advertising and community management).
  • Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns with clear measurable objectives.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify digital trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights and stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Conduct website audit and analytics for clients and potential clients.
  • Develop digital marketing content strategy and manage and oversee social media content and publishing.
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, SimilarWeb, Creator studios etc.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content are informative and appealing.
  • Put together content calendars for each social media account you are assigned to.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Adhere to SLA or contract terms set under each brand account to ensure success.
  • Any other task that the Team Lead may assign.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration with focus on Marketing and Business Communication.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • LinkedIn, SimpliLearn, Udemy, HubSpot or relevant education within the field from reliable and relevant platforms.
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing.
  • Should have knowledge of social media strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, other objectives.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Should be able to manage at least 3 accounts efficiently.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Great leadership skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
