Job Description

• Taking accurate site measurements and sketching of the roof
• Offering professional technical advice on roofing sheets and steel trusses to clients and ensuring a sale is concluded
• Scouting to discover new projects
• Preparing the site measurement activity plan report
• Preparing weekly reports on new projects discovered, apart from what was assigned to you by the Head Office
• Performing any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Required Skills or Experience

• Construction Technician ( Part 1 or 2)
• Ability to collaborate with clients to gather project information
• Conduct a site visit  to collect necessary data
• Comfortable working at heights
• Proficient  in sketching roof designs and interpreting drawings
• Accurate measurement skills  for roof trusses and sheets
• Experience in estimation will be an added advantage
