    A Chiropractic and Wellness center located in Accra is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join its team as a Chiropractic Technician. The Chiropractic Technician will play a crucial role in supporting the Chiropractors and physician assistants in all aspects of clinic operations including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and administrative tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the spa industry and dedicated to providing exceptional services.

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Assist with patient care
    • Operate medical equipment needed for patient care
    • Oversee customer relationship management initiative
    • Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations, labor and sanitation laws.
    • Liaise with the marketing department to develop marketing campaigns, whether through fliers or social media posts
    • Fill any non-specialized roles when employees are absent
    Skills Required
    • Bachelor's degree in the Sciences
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Proven track record of success in staff management, customer service, and operations management
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
    • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office 
    • Has to be a good team player
