    The Feed the Future Resilience in Northern Ghana Systems Strengthening Activity, a 5-year USAID-supported project, is seeking applications from qualified for-profit and not-for-profit civil society organizations (CSOs) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to implement grant activities in each of four Regions of northern Ghana. Abt Global (formerly Abt Associates), with its Consortium Partners, is implementing the Feed the Future Resilience in Northern Ghana Systems Strengthening Activity under USAID Prime Contract # AID-72064122C00002.
     
    The RFA is comprised of the following main sections:
     
     

    Successful Applicants will be responsible for ensuring achievement of the program objectives. Please refer to Section I of this RFA entitled Funding Opportunity Description for a complete statement of goals and expected results.

    Subject to availability of funds, the Feed the Future Resilience in Northern Ghana Systems Strengthening Activity intends to provide up to GHS 20,400,000 (approximately USD $1,700,000) in total funding for activities to be implemented beginning by or before July 01, 2024, with individual grant award amounts in the range of GHS 1,200,000 – 1,500,000 (approximately USD $100,000 to $ 125,000). Abt reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications submitted.

    To be eligible for award, Applicants must provide all required information in their application, including the requirements found in any attachments to this RFA. Applications that are submitted late, incomplete, or are non-responsive will not be considered. Awards will be made to the responsible applicant(s) whose application(s) best meet the requirements of this RFA and the evaluation criteria contained herein.

    Issuing this RFA does not constitute an award commitment on the part of Abt Global or the Feed the Future Resilience in Northern Ghana Systems Strengthening Activity, nor does it commit Abt or the Feed the Future Resilience in Northern Ghana Systems Strengthening Activity to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of an application. Further, Abt under the Feed the Future Resilience in Northern Ghana Systems Strengthening Activity reserves the right to reject any or all applications received. Applications are submitted at the risk of the Applicant, and all preparation and submission costs are at the Applicant's own expense.

    How To Apply

    The Feed the Future Resilience in Northern Ghana Systems Strengthening Activity intends to use a single-stage application process to evaluate and select one or more grantees under this RFA. Prospective grantees are asked to submit a full application package following the instructions included in Section III of this RFA, which will be evaluated in accordance with Section IV of this RFA.
