    Description

    We are looking for an energetic, polished and experienced executive assistant who enjoys a challenging and fast-paced work environment. Reporting directly to the CEO the candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

    The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a professional in his executive role.

    Crucial to this role is the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive, and efficient, with a high level of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality. Expert written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

    The candidate will be proficient at handling communication through telephone, email and text messaging.

    Complete day-to-day running of office which includes the following:

    • Handling all internal office communication
    • Ensure the office is kept neat and presentable
    • Meet all the CEO’s visitors,
    • Processing all mail, including payments, queries, scanning and filing
    • Regular follow-up/ reminders of unfinished tasks
    • Light bookkeeping, data entry, and document management
    Skills Required

    Essential skills are:

    1. Fluent English written and verbal – Good communication skills – articulate.
    2. Professionalism, integrity, honesty and loyalty at all times.
    3. Exercise of discretion in conduct and communication.
    4. Attention to detail and consistency.
    5. Experience in HR will be a plus.
