    JOB PURPOSE
    The successful applicant shall be responsible for implementing growth strategies for the Open Market project in a designated territory.
    The role reports to the Alternative Channels Manager.
     
    ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT
    • Devises strategies and initiatives to attain Active Phone shop agents and Merchant count and subscriber Acquisitions within assigned territory.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract and onboard new phone shops into the network.
    • Leads the efforts to acquire new merchants and businesses for the Organisation’s platform.
    • Foster strong relationships with phone shop partners and merchants, acting as the main point of contact.
    Skills Required
    • Degree or HND in Marketing or any related field
    • 2 – 3 years of sales experience in the IT or Telecoms industry.
    • Must be able to maintain business and customer confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to travel within the assigned market as needed.
