A growing, performance-driven Call Centre in Accra is looking for talented Affiliate Marketers who are confident on the phone, passionate about sales, and motivated by results.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Promote assigned products, services, and campaigns.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Handle objections and convert leads into successful sales.

• Follow up on prospects to improve conversion.

• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain a professional customer experience on every call.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills.

• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers.

• Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve results.

• Resilient and able to handle rejection and objections.

• Good computer skills.

• Fluency in English; Ghanaian language skills are an advantage.

• Previous experience in telesales, call centre sales, direct sales, affiliate marketing, insurance, telecoms, fintech, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
