JOB PURPOSE

Zonda Tec Ghana Limited, a leading automobile assembling, selling, and servicing company with branches across Ghana, is seeking a results-driven Tender Officer to join our team in Tema. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing government and corporate tender opportunities for our portfolio of world-class vehicle brands—Shantui, Howo, Sitrak, Sinotruk, GWM, and Dongfeng. This role involves end-to-end tender management, from market prospecting to bid submission and post-bid evaluation, ensuring full compliance with procurement standards while positioning Zonda Tec as the preferred automotive supplier in Ghana.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on heavy-duty vehicles (Sitrak, Howo) and earthmoving equipment (Shantui bulldozers, loaders, etc.).

• Perform preventive maintenance, engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake systems, suspension, and steering work.

• Conduct welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and attachments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of Technical/Vocational

• Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Chinese heavy-duty trucks and construction machinery (Shantui, Sitrak, Howo, or similar brands.

• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems.
