Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Basic Education

• Experience teaching upper primary is an advantage

What You Will Do

• Teach all Basic 4 subjects - English, Maths, Science, OWOP, Ghanaian Language, etc.

• Follow the NaCCA syllabus and use learner-centered methods

• Set tests, mark exercises, keep records and submit reports

• Manage the class, keep discipline and ensure a safe learning space

• Guide pupils on good morals, honesty and civic responsibility

Skills Needed

• Good communication with pupils and parents

• Strong classroom control and lesson planning skill

• Can use teaching aids and basic technology
