We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and dedicated Domestic Assistant to join a private household located on Spintex Road, Accra. This is a live-in position offering a stable and supportive environment. Female applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious, delicious, and visually appealing meals for the household.

• Housekeeping: Maintain the entire home to the highest standards of cleanliness and order.

• Laundry & Care: Wash, iron, and neatly arrange clothing, linens, and other household fabrics.

• Sanitation: Ensure kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas remain hygienic and well-organised at all times.

• Inventory Support: Assist with grocery planning, stock management, and overall kitchen organisation.

• Confidentiality: Exercise discretion and handle all household items and personal effects with the utmost care.

REQUIREMENTS

• Personal Presentation: Must be neat, clean, well-groomed, respectful, and professional in appearance and demeanour.

• Skills: Proven ability in cooking and domestic cleaning; must be capable of preparing a variety of meals.

• Health: Must be in good physical health and physically fit to handle the demands of the role.

• Work Ethic: Trustworthy, self-motivated, highly organised, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar live-in or domestic role is preferred.

• Assessment: Shortlisted applicants will be required to submit photos of meals they have prepared and may be asked to prepare a meal during the interview.

• References: Professional and/or character references will be required.
