Assist in the maintenance of electrical installations within the LFHL facility while also assisting in providing general services support as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.

• Assist in performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

• Be involved in Installations of electrical equipment (even when lead by third party suppliers).

• Assist in inspecting electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.

• Perform administrative duties such as keeping records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment.

• Assist in repairing or replacing wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.

• Assist in providing preliminary cost estimates for materials and services.

• Responsible for safety and housekeeping

• Attend to any site related queries or duties as assigned.

Crematorium

• Assist with operating cremation equipment

• Always ensure that the cremation equipment is well maintained and it’s in proper working order

• Assist in keeping cremation records/files etc

Education and Experience

• Bachelors’ Degree/HND/EET III in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Technician
