We are an International Catering Company operating in various activities in the Offshore catering industry and we are looking for an EXECUTIVE CHEF in Takoradi.

Job Summary

• Reporting to the Camp Boss.

• To oversee and manage all culinary operation on the platform, ensuring high quality meals are serve to personnel in compliance with the food safety, hygiene and client satisfaction standards

• Report any issue to the Camp boss

Duties include but not limited to the following:

1. Plan, supervise, coordinate the daily preparation and cooking of all meals

2. Ensure that Food is well served on time

3. Adapt menus to accommdate special diets where necessary

4. Monitor food portioning and waste to optimize stock use and control costs

5. Guarantee full compliance with food hygiene and safety standards

6. Ensure cold chain and temperature controls are followed and recorded

7. Train kitchen staff in food handling, PPE, and hygiene best practices

8. Lead and supervise the kitchen, ensuring clear communication and task delegation

9. Organize roster and manage staff rotations, rest days

10. Monitor stock levels of food and kitchen supplies

11. Minimize waste through proper stock rotation (FIFO) and planning

12. Do the special requests in relation with the Camp boss

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of three(3) years’ experience on the field.

• Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in the Culinary Arts or a related field, (formal culinary education) required

• Certification as CCC from ACF, ProChef II or equivalent Offshore certifications

• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French is an added advantage.
