About the Role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial performance by managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making. The role involves leading budgeting and forecasting processes and driving cost efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ICA, CIMA, or equivalent is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Proven experience with Tally is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Good understanding of tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

• Proven experience with Tally is a plus.
