About the Role

A Private Security Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and oversee the company’s security operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality security services, client satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all security operations and personnel.

• Develop and implement effective security strategies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

• Monitor security performance and operational efficiency.

• Manage client relationships and address operational concerns.

• Conduct regular site inspections and security audits.

• Lead, mentor, and develop security teams.

• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ progressive experience

• Proven experience in security operations management.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of security procedures, risk management, and operational standards.

• Relevant experience in the private security industry will be an advantage.
