About the Role

An Integrated Facility Management Company in Kumasi is seeking to recruit a competent, proactive, and experienced HR Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s workforce across various client sites and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.

  • Coordinate the deployment and placement of staff across various client sites.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.

  • Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.

  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave, absenteeism, and general employee conduct.

  • Liaise with site supervisors and managers on staff-related matters.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts professionally.

  • Support performance management, appraisals, and staff development initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

  • Coordinate staff orientation, training, and induction programs.

  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee information.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor employee welfare, compliance, and working conditions.

  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities.

  • Prepare HR reports and provide management with updates on staffing and employeerelated matters.

  • Ensure proper documentation and implementation of disciplinary procedures where necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably within a facility management, cleaning, security, hospitality, construction, or similar service-based environment.

  • Experience managing employees across multiple client sites will be an added advantage.

  • Professional HR certification will be an advantage
