UMA is seeking to employ qualified and experienced person to fill the position of HR Supervisor.
This is a Fixed Term Contract position with a competitive work roster. We offer competitive remuneration package.

Position - HR Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to join our Human Resources team.
The successful candidate will provide operational HR leadership and partner with line management to deliver high-quality HR services that support safe, productive and compliant operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day HR support to operational departments.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee movements.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes.
Support payroll administration and employee benefits.
Coordinate performance management and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and collective agreements.
Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Support administration of employee benefits and leave management.
Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Mining industry experience is preferred.
Sound knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems (SAP).
