Purpose

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Ghana invites qualified, experienced, and legally registered suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for inclusion in its supplier database and consideration for future procurement opportunities.

This EOI is intended to identify potential vendors capable of supplying goods and services required to support CRS Ghana’s operations and project implementation activities across the country.

Expected Procurement Categories

CRS Ghana anticipates procuring goods and services in Accra, Tamale, and various field locations.

A. Categories of Goods

Interested firms may express interest in one or more of the following categories:

  • Office stationery and supplies

  • ICT equipment and accessories

  • Computers, printers, and related peripherals

  • Furniture and office equipment

  • Agricultural inputs (fertilizers, seeds, agrochemicals)

  • Construction materials

  • WASH materials

  • Safety and protective equipment

  • Vehicle spare parts and tyres

  • Fuel and lubricants

  • Promotional and visibility materials

  • Household and non-food items

B. Categories of Services

  • Hotel accommodation and conference facilities (Accra, Tamale, Wa, Volta Region, Bolgatanga, Savannah Region, Upper East Region, Kumasi, Sunyani)

  • Flight ticketing and travel management services

  • Vehicle rental and transportation services (Accra, Tamale, and other project locations)

  • Courier and logistics services

  • Printing, publishing, and branding services- (Accra and Tamale)

  • Catering services (Accra and Tamale)

  • Cleaning and fumigation services (Accra and Tamale)

  • Security services (Accra and Tamale)

  • Equipment maintenance and repair services ( Genset, Photocpier/Printers/Aircondition Maintainance)

  • Vehicle Maintenance

  • Multimedia Services- Videography and photography Services

  • Insurance services

  • Consultancy and professional services

  • Event management services

Eligibility Requirements

Interested companies must submit an Expression of Interest package containing the information listed below.

Please note that submissions that do not include all required documents and information may not be considered.

Mandatory Information and Documentation

  • Contact information (company name, physical address, country, telephone number, email address, website, and contact person)

  • Brief company profile including:

    • Number of employees

    • Years in operation

  • Description of goods and/or services provided

  • Evidence of experience in the category applied for

  • Three (3) references from clients served within the last three years

  • Certificate of Incorporation/Registration

  • Form A, Form C, or Form 3 (where applicable)

  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

  • VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable)

  • Relevant licenses, permits, and certifications

  • Any additional documentation demonstrating capacity and competence

  4. Due to the expected volume of submissions, CRS will not acknowledge receipt of EOIs individually.

  5. CRS reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this EOI process at any time without prior notice.

  6. CRS may require shortlisted firms to provide additional information or documentation during subsequent procurement processes.

  7. Submission of an EOI does not automatically entitle an organization to receive future solicitation documents.
