As part of our intervention in creating access and quality child and maternal health outcomes in our health and nutrion intervention support in partnership with Children Believe, we intend to use part of our budgetary support from Chiildren Believe Fund to support the; Construction of One (1) Unit Child Welfare Clinic (CWC) with 2-unit Urinal facility at Katariga in the Sagnarigu Municipality of Northern Ghana.

1.    Markaz Al Bishara Child Development Program in partnership with Children Believe hereby invite sealed tenders from eligible Cotractors registered with the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing in the category of D3K3 and above for the project below:

2.    The project will include the construction of sanitary facilities; 2-unit urinal and 4-seater KVIP toilet.

A contractor will be selected under a competitive tendering method through the evaluation procedure in accordance with tendering process and procedures as outline in the guidelines and regulations of Markaz Al Bishara and PPA procurement regulations.

The duration for completion of the project is a maximum of six (6) calendar months starting from the day of award of contract.

Tender documents may be inspected and purchased at Markaz Al Bishara Child Development Program office for a non-refundable fee at GH₵300.00 form 6th August, 2026. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security amount equivalent to 2% of tenderer’s price in the form of Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Company.

Tenderers shall be delivered to the office Administrator, Markaz Al Bishara Child Development Program, NS-151-1209 Tamale on or before close of work on 26th of August, 2026.  Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenderers are to submit their completed tenders with the following relevant documents:

1.      Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate

2.      Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate

3.      Valid Business Registration Certificate

4.      Valid Certificate of Incorporation

5.      Valid Labour clearance certificate (Job specific)

6.      Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate

7.      Valid Registration Certificate of PPA

8.      Power of Attorney, if necessary

Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the time and venue stated in the table above.
