JOB PURPOSE
To provide safe, reliable, and professional driving services for the Sales Manager of Zonda Tec Ghana Limited, ensuring punctuality, discretion, and vehicle care. The role requires strict adherence to Ghana road traffic regulations and company protocols for executive transport.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the Sales Manager safely to and from Corporate meetings, project sites, and official events.

• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections: tyres, oil, water, brakes, lights, and fuel level.

• Ensure the vehicle is always clean (interior & exterior) and presentable for executive use.

• Report any mechanical faults promptly to the Transport Supervisor.

• Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, roadworthy, DVLA registration) are valid and onboard.

• Drive defensively to protect the passenger and vehicle at all times.

• Coordinate vehicle-servicing schedule with the Transport Unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Ghana Driver’s License: Class C or Class D (at least 3 years old).

• Minimum of 5 years professional driving experience, preferably as a corporate or executive driver.

• Good knowledge of Greater Accra Region

• Clean driving record – no major traffic offenses in the last 3 years.

• Basic literacy to fill logbooks and read road signs.

• Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written).
