Responsibilities

• Sourcing, evaluating, and processing loan applications in line with Credex Micro-credit's credit policies and risk framework.

• Conducting thorough credit assessments, client interviews, and field visits to verify the accuracy of information submitted by loan applicants.

• Recommending appropriate loan products and amounts based on the financial needs and repayment capacity of clients.

• Actively managing and growing a healthy loan portfolio while maintaining a low delinquency rate.

• Monitoring loan repayments and proactively following up with clients to ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.

• Maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of all client accounts and loan files.

• Building and sustaining strong client relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business.

• Preparing and submitting timely and accurate portfolio performance reports to the relevant supervisor.

• Performing any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting or any related field.

• 2-3 years working experience.

• Cash and Bank transactions. Cash Requisition preparation, Cash Certificate preparation and bank Reconciliation statement

• Experience: At least one year’s experience working

Skills

• Knowledge of MS World, MS Excel

• Effective communication skills.

• Writing and reporting skills in English
