• Oversees hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring safety, auditing daily financial transactions, and maintaining guest service standards.

• ​Perform night audit procedures, balancing daily financial accounts, posting room charges, and generating management reports.

• ​Serve as the senior manager on duty overnight, handling emergency situations, security concerns, and guest requests.

• ​Manage overnight check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations while maintaining billing accuracy.

• ​Conduct security walkthroughs of public areas, corridors, and perimeter doors to ensure property safety.

• ​Prepare daily turnover summaries and brief morning department heads on overnight incidents and VIP arrivals.
