The Mind Bridge Learning Centre is seeking a highly professional and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO. This is a strategic support role requiring initiative, foresight, discretion, and organizational excellence. The PA will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, supporting both professional responsibilities as CEO and Clinical Director, and selected personal and family responsibilities that directly affect executive effectiveness.

Job Summary

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO is a strategic support role requiring initiative, foresight, discretion, and organizational excellence. The PA will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, supporting both professional responsibilities as CEO and Clinical Director, and selected personal and family responsibilities that directly affect executive effectiveness.

This includes managing schedules, correspondence, appointments, family-related logistics, wellbeing routines, and occasional engagement with children when necessary. The PA will also provide administrative support specifically to the Office of the CEO, ensuring that executive tasks, commitments, and priorities are managed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s professional and personal schedules, correspondence, and appointments.

  • Coordinate family-related logistics and wellbeing routines.

  • Organize executive files, records, and task systems.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials.

  • Conduct research, draft and edit professional documents, and support content creation using Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on delegated matters and commitments.

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Qualification and Experience

  • Qualification or experience in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Public Health, Education, Behavioural Science, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • Familiarity with clinical, educational or human-service work would be an advantage.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in executive support, administration, or professional writing.

  • Experience in corporate, consulting, NGO, healthcare, or education environments.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong professional writing, research, editing, and report-development skills.

  • Competence in presentation development and visual design.

  • Confidence using Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to understand complex information quickly.

  • Strong initiative, planning &organizational skills, ability to make good judgement, and follow-through.

  • Emotional maturity, professionalism, and discretion.
