Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.

• Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Observe, assess, and maintain records of children's progress.

• Build positive relationships with parents and guardians.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote excellence in teaching and learning.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching preschool or kindergarten children.

• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• ICT proficiency and ability to integrate technology into learning.

• Fluency in English. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an added advantage.

• Experience with GES, Cambridge, Montessori, or other international early years curricula is an advantage.
