Fountainhead Christian School is seeking a caring, creative, and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our Early Years team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote children’s cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development.

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Foster children’s literacy, numeracy, communication, and creative skills through play-based learning.

• Assess and monitor learners’ progress and maintain accurate records.

• Build positive relationships with parents and provide regular feedback on children’s development.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.

• Participate in school programmes, meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience in a preschool or Early Years setting.

• A valid National Teacher Licensure Certificate is an advantage.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• A warm, patient, and caring personality with a genuine love for young children.

• Creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A commitment to academic excellence and Christian values.
