We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic Preschool Teaching Assistant who genuinely loves working with young children.

The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma or WASSCE certificate and above, provided they are eager to learn, willing to be trained and committed to supporting children’s growth and development.

Requirements

• A genuine love for children

• A patient, warm and nurturing personality

• A diploma or WASSCE certificate

• Preferably at least two years’ experience working in a school or preschool setting

• Willingness to learn and undergo training

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Must live in or around Achimota

The successful candidate will assist the lead teacher with classroom activities, supervise and care for pupils, help prepare learning materials, and support the children’s daily routines and development.
