Zonda Tec Ghana Limited is a leading automobile company specializing in vehicle assembling, sales, and after-sales service. Our Dzorwulu Branch serves as a key hub for our operations, and we are looking for a dynamic Product Training Officer to join our team and elevate our brand presence through expert product knowledge and staff development.

Position Overview

The Product Training Officer will serve as the subject matter expert on all vehicle models within our lineup. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating product knowledge, delivering comprehensive training to internal staff, representing the brand at events, and creating engaging digital content. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical automotive background, excellent presentation skills, and the confidence to appear on camera.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort out, organize, and continuously update product knowledge databases for all vehicle models assembled and sold by Zonda Tec.

• Provide professional and detailed vehicle introductions, feature explanations, and technical walkthroughs for Key Account (KA) and VIP customers independently.

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal training sessions including:

1. New hire onboarding training.

2. Regular rotational training for staff across departments.

3. Refresher training to keep teams updated on new models and technologies.

• Design and produce high-quality training materials, including courseware, PowerPoint presentations, and standardized training documents.

• Represent Zonda Tec Ghana at small-scale auto shows, exhibitions, and offline marketing events.

• Deliver compelling product presentations to support on-site brand promotion and customer engagement.

• Participate in the production of short promotional videos and product explanation clips.

• Appear on camera with confidence and good camera sense to deliver engaging visual content that highlights vehicle features and brand values.

• Conduct daily inspections of exhibition vehicles in the Dzorwulu showroom.

• Monitor and supervise fuel levels, battery charge, and overall exterior/interior appearance to ensure all display vehicles meet Zonda Tec's brand standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in an automotive-related discipline (e.g., Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, or a related field).

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time, post-graduation working experience in the automotive industry.

• Acceptable backgrounds include:

1. Auto repair and maintenance.

2. After-sales service.

3. Automotive technical support.

4. Product technology or quality assurance.

Technical Knowledge

• Deep familiarity with overall vehicle structure, including:

1. Power systems (engines, transmissions).

2. Chassis and suspension systems.

3. Electrical and electronic components.

• Proficient knowledge of general vehicle repair, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for automobiles with a solid understanding of Chinese domestic vehicle brands and models (a key advantage for Zonda Tec's product lineup).

• Communication: Excellent verbal articulation and logical presentation skills, capable of independently hosting training sessions and delivering product speeches to diverse audiences.

• On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable and confident in front of the camera with strong communication skills.

• Learning Agility: Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and new technology.
