We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager with over 7 years of experience in Association management, managing Agribusiness and operations, improving resource utilization and ensuring member satisfaction. A proven track record of delivering exceptional results while adhering to strict and environmental guidelines, proposal writing is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

 Working closely with the Executive Council to be able to support members businesses

 Understand member organisations business, in order to effectively support them

 Manage the day to day running of CLG, including efficiently answering all enquiries

 Build strong relationships with government agencies, donors and all relevant stakeholders

 Be in regular contact with members by supporting with topical issues –

 taking the lead to establish issues and finding inspiring solutions for member companies through effective advocacy

 Actively recruit new members – prepare and plan to organize and implement this programme with the aim of doubling membership

 Work with organizers of relevant trade shows for contra-deals to improve members businesses

 Organize events, training and workshops and develop a schedule of online and face to face workshops and networking events

 Promote the Vision, mission and mandate of Croplife through rigorous advocacy

 Any other duties that may be added

Requirements

 At least a Master’s Degree in Administration, Agribusiness or related field.

 Minimum of 7 years’ experience in association management

 Environmental Health, safety Management and other related fields.
